Release Blitz & Review: Help Me Remember by Corinne Michaels

Brielle Davis wakes up with no memory of the last three years and turns to her brother's best friend, Spencer Cross to help her remember.

Help Me Remember by Corinne Michaels is now live!

New York Times bestselling author Corinne Michaels brings you a new small-town, brother's best friend romance.

In one second, my life disappeared.
My past. My memories. My future.
The only certainty I have from the last three years is that my older brother is dead, and I am the only eye witness.

In order to protect the case, the lawyers demand that no one give me any information about my life . . . I must remember on my own. My only help comes from my brother's best friend and world-renowned investigative reporter, Spencer Cross.

He has no idea how many nights I've spent dreaming of his name—and his body—next to mine.

Now we're a team and our goal is to recover my memories and retrace my past. But each day we spend together, he's looking at me as more than his friend's little sister and I find it harder to want my old life back. Instead I'm wishing for a new one—with him. His kiss feels like home. His arms make me feel safe, and I never want this to end.

As my memories return, forcing me to face my future, everything falls apart... especially when I find an engagement ring hidden in my apartment. I have no idea who gave it to me, or what it means about my past.

I may have asked Spencer to help me remember, but now I wish I could forget.

Corinne has done it again. This book blew me away. It was everything I wanted and more after reading the blurb.

Brielle wakes up in hospital and has no recollection of the past three years of her life after getting injured while witnessing her brothers murder. Surrounded by the people she loves and calls family but unable to be told anything about her life, she enlists one of her older brothers best friends, Spencer, to help her try and regain her memory. Spencer agrees even if that means that he has to watch her struggle to remember her past while he knows all about it and is unable to tell her anything.

Brielle has always had a thing for Spencer, so the attraction is there from the start. From the moment they are together, you can just tell how right they are for each other and how they should be together.

I loved the suspense element of this book that flowed throughout the story as Brielle and Spencer try to figure out who killed her brother. This book kept me on my toes for sure and I loved all the ups and downs and all the angst this put me through. While there is a lot of emotional scenes, Corinne has done the perfect job of injecting some lighthearted and fun scenes into the book that had me laughing and smiling. I was happily a passenger along for the ride.

Corinne perfectly encapsulated the pain that Brielle was going through of struggling to remember anything about her life and the pain of remembering things and not knowing if they are the truth or just mixes of real life and dreams while her brain heals. I don’t want to spoil anything because readers should go into this blind, just like I did but Corinne has written a beautiful and captivating story that had me not wanting to put my kindle down. I truely loved Spencer throughout this whole book. He is up there now with one of my favourite Corinne Michaels men.

I also loved the little cameos from previous Corinne characters and love how she connects all of her series in some tiny way.

I loved the ending of this story and thought it was the perfect ending for Brielle and Spencer and the set up for the next book in the series had me gasping in surprise! You won’t want to miss this perfect opening to Corinne’s new series. I loved this book so much.
