REVIEW
3 stars for Mr Garcia.
This was not what I expected at all.
April meets Sebastian while working a shift at a coffee shop. She is an older and struggling student who needs a cash injection fast to find her feet in the world. She thought she had found her way out but instead she finds herself captivated by Sebastian.
Sebastian never does monogamy after a bitter end to his marriage. All he can guarantee is some steamy times that will blow your mind but when he meets April, she’s all he wants, but even then, he is looking for a reason to not commit.
These two come together and are suddenly split apart and go their seperate ways until fate has its way and brings them back together. The scenes between them in the bedroom are always super steamy so if you’re wanting to read something sexy, I’d recommend this.
Neither April or Sebastian are perfect though, they both have their issues and there was a lot of drama that I’m not sure if I liked or not. At times, Sebastian is a big asshole but at other times, he’s sweet. April was a strong heroine who didn’t take peoples crap when she didn’t need to. I have to admit I struggled to connect with both April and Sebastian at points in this book but it was good if you are looking for a steamy read.
