What a great ending to the Rose Canyon series!
After her husband/best friend dies, Sophie is forced to flee England and move to Rose Canyon in the USA as she believes her life and the life of her daughters is in danger. When she gets to Rose Canyon, what she doesn’t know is that her daughters biological father lives there too.
Holden and Sophie first met when they hooked up in Vegas and haven’t seen each other since. Holden has always thought he would never have a wife and kids, but the moment he sees Sophie and Eden, he knows they’re it for him and would do anything to protect them from those who are hunting them.
I loved seeing Spencer’s happy ending after reading the whole series. I loved his protective side and how he was with Sophie and Eden. This is a little bit of a slow burn as Sophie wraps her head around what is happening but when Holden and Sophie finally can’t resist each other, their chemistry is great. I really loved how they were together and how Holden immediately treated Eden like he had known he was a father his whole life.
Corinne has written an emotional story full of twists and turns that will keep you on your toes. If you’re looking for a beautiful romantic suspense story, this is it. I have to mention how much I love Corinne weaving in characters from her other books too (as well as a Melanie Harlow character!)
This is the perfect ending to the series and I would highly recommending reading it and the first two books if you haven’t already.
